Nova morfologia do trabalho, crise do sindicalismo e emancipação humana na contemporaneidade

Abstract

This paper is part of a broader study on the mental health and work, bibliographic and empirical. It intends to discuss the crisis of capitalism, the new morphology of work promoting innovations in their management and the repercussions of this situation in the trade union movement and the project of human emancipation. He proposes to carry out a critical analysis of the historical social struggles and organizational processes of the working class that has suffered in the offensive violent contemporary in various dimensions, making it difficult to achieve an alternative social project of human emancipation while reaffirming its necessity in as we have seen in recent times one of the most damaging social tragedies of humanity, showing signs of failure of the civilizational project proposed by bourgeois sociability.
