Meio ambiente construído : as articulações entre capital, trabalho e estado em torno de sua construção

Abstract

The study addresses the question of the worker, analyzing the articulations that are established between capital, labor and the state in the production of the built environment, particularly with regard to the provision of housing to the worker. The theme "housing the worker" has aroused great interest in various fields of knowledge. The investigations are multiplied, due to the great emptiness of more precise information, data and historical references, and it is hoped that with this study we can contribute to the historical documentation of the reproduction conditions of the workforce.
