Dinâmica urbana: estratégias para a desconcentração da atividade imobiliária na cidade do Rio de Janeiro

Abstract

This paper evaluates the main characteristics and trends of the urban dynamics in Rio de Janeiro in the last decade, with the purpose of subsidizing the reflection on the possibilities and limits of the municipal policies that aim at the control and the direction of the urban growth of the city.
