Aplicação do Método dos Elementos de Contorno a problemas de campo

Abstract

This work deals with the application of the Boundary Element Method to the potencial problems which bear an isotropic three-dimensional domain, are in permanent regime and are governed by Poisson's Equation. The problem and the method are described at first. Then the application of the method and its development are followed by the description of a FORTRAN program for B-6700 computer, which sistematizes the proposed solution. For illustration purposes, applications of the developed model to problems of Heat Transfer, and of Water Flow in Soil with anticipated characteristics (permanent regime and isotropic environment) are presented. A detailed instruction for program utilization and its print-out are shown in the appendix.
