Desenvolvimento de empresas baseadas em ativos de conhecimento :uma investigação empírica das atividades de formação e evolução da base de recursos

Abstract

This work analyzes the development process of enterprises based on knowledge assets, through the formation and evolution of their resource base, with emphasis on resources of a cognitive nature, as well as the use of these resources in the creation of competitive differentials and capacity for innovation. In this sense, a case study conducted with a set of thirteen technology-based companies from the business incubator of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, created between 1997 and 2012. The results show the existence of activities in the form of processes, quase processes and heuristics, responsible for performing tasks in the various functional areas of the company. The structuring of these activities seems to be based on a philosophy of learning by doing, strongly based on dynamics of continuous learning, that operate from general rules that seek to reach goals and goals previously established.
