A gestão de políticas públicas na educação: o caso dos municípios do Consórcio Intermunicipal do Leste Fluminense (CONLESTE)

Abstract

It is proposed in this monograph to discuss the CONLESTE while a potential for reconstitution of citizenship of the people on municipalities belonging, as the consortium may be consolidated as a tool to promote the participation and mitigation of regional disparities (with a focus on the key role of education). Will be examined educational data of the municipalities, in dialogue with the following authors: Castoriadis (1992); Castro (2005); Mészaros (2005); e Santos (2007).
