Aplicação da Lógica Fuzzy na análise do desenvolvimento da visão semiótica de estudantes de arquitetura com ênfase em arquitetura bioclimática e eficiência energética

Abstract

Considering the climate changes and the energy crisis that have been plaguing Brazil in the 21st century, the goal of this research is to analyze, from a semiotic perspective, the development of the perception of architecture students on the facades of corporate buildings (commercial, services and public), emphasizing its adaptation to the climate of Rio de Janeiro. The methodological approach adopted in this study, based on the principles of fuzzy logic, established relations of conceptual similarity between pairs of facades whose photographs were presented. These relations of conceptual similarity were assessed separately in students beginning the Architecture course and in students with more advanced technological knowledge, through a questionnaire where these students attributed points to aesthetic, cultural and technological concepts. The results obtained demonstrated that, during the course, the development of the semiotic vision of the architecture of these students translates into a variation of personal aesthetic pleasure as technological knowledge is acquired. There was also a reduction in dispersion in the assessment of cultural concepts. These results validated the methodology adopted as a conceptual assessment tool for architecture.
