Política habitacional no Rio de Janeiro: dez anos de Morar sem Risco (1994-2004)

Abstract

The present study deals with a time in the political history of housing in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro, the Morar without Risk Program developed in 1994, when it was created, in 2004 by the Municipal Housing Department, an agency of the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro January. It should be noted that this program, inserted within the municipal housing policy, is aimed at the low-income population, whose monthly remuneration, for the most part, does not exceed three minimum wages.
