Gestão estratégica de TI aplicada a casos reais: turma de 2018

Abstract

Present some tools of Strategic Management of Information Technology (IT) and to exemplify concepts through the compilation of the works elaborated by the undergraduate students of UFRJ during the course of the discipline "Introduction to Strategic IT Management – Class 2018.1". Among the concepts of strategic IT management presented are: the most studied strategic references, such as business definitions — mission, vision and values and some strategic analysis tools: SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces, Delta model, Mintzberg strategic analysis, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), concluding with the strategic alignment of IT. The work presented in this report brings the vision of different business segments and their considerations regarding the presented concepts. The first analysis presented is a branch of technology services (Kendoo Solutions), the second presents an analysis of the company regarding the streaming service sector (Netflix) and, finally, the case of a company in the financial services sector (Cielo).
