Abstract

The general objective describes the nurse's role in the operational dynamics in the Internal Regulation Center for the organization and functioning of care regulation in a health institution Methodology: This is a descriptive literature review. Results: The literature samples demonstrate the extreme relevance of the organization and provision of beds for nursing care in a maternity hospital. Conclusion: the Internal Regulation Center is important for the organization and functioning of care regulation in a teaching maternity hospital of a health institution, promoting optimization of access and rotation of hospital beds in a teaching maternity hospital of a health institution, and thus serve users with adequate quality and quantity for patients
