Análise da resposta de estruturas offshore submetidas à ação do mar

Abstract

In the present work, the offshore structures response is analyzed using different theories and techniques for wave action. The aspects relative to the soil-foundation interaction problem, including their non linear characteristics, are discussed. A computational procedure, taking into account the coupling between the superstructure and its foundations, is developed in an efficient way, which minimizes the computational effort. Finally, two illustrative examples are presented and discussed.
