O setor privado no Porto Maravilha: uma reflexão sobre empreendimentos na região

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the new real estate projects in the harbor area of Rio de Janeiro under the Urban Operation of the Rio de Janeiro's Harbor, called Porto Maravilha. The importance of this work is to show how some projects are being carried out and to what audience it is intended. With this we can understand for whom the harbor project is being designed, what type of occupation is desired for the port area of the city and the value to be added to the region.
