Abstract

This report aims to provide a synthetic idea of ​​the work carried out by the ORTES - IPPUR / UFRJ team, and then present the analyzes, reflections and conclusions reached from a multitude of data and information. Initially, it was intended to evaluate the impacts of a possible deactivation of the Instituto Cândido Mendes, which was once again being discussed within the scope of the State Government of Rio de Janeiro.
