Abstract

This study aims at preparing the viability of implanting voicer over ip technology in Centro de Estudos de Pessoal. Voicer over IP is strongly related with various information techonology constraints which it is worth citing the following: qualified human resources, hardware and software able to bear technology, service quality requisites, financial requisites, security requisities, management requisites and the possible impact that adapting a new technology an have on users. Covering all these constraints would demand a research period bigger the availability for the current study. For this reason, only the software capacity and financial requisites will be considered.
