Variação da geração de energia hidrelétrica com o uso múltiplo da água no Rio Paraíba do Sul

Abstract

This dissertation evaluates the variation of hydropower generation with the water multiple use, from the execution of the SisUCA software in the Paraíba do Sul river through the set of hydroelectric plants with regularization reservoirs: Paraibuna, Santa Branca, Jaguari (Rio Jaguari) and Funnel. In this study, it was verified that specific points of the river have difficulties in meeting the water demand, as is the case of the municipality of Jacareí, which encompasses the Jaguari (São Paulo), and that granted grants need to be reviewed by the National Water Agency. A counterpoint to this work was the presence of negative incrementals in the series of affluent flows, in addition to the fact that the series of affluent and natural flows were undersized, so it is suggested that they be resized by the National Eletric System Operator.
