Estudo da Rede Ferroviária Federal S.A. com vistas ao conhecimento das suas necessidades relativas à informação tecnológica consideradas como insumo para o processo de modernização da empresa

Abstract

The present work approaches the Rede Ferroviária Federal S.A. (Brazilian Federal Railway Network) regarding technological information needs aiming its modernization. In order to achieve this objetive, the RFFSA is described in terms of administrative and functional structures, human resources and information flow. The work is fundamentally based on documents produce by and about the RFFS. Is analyses historical and pre-data identifying its operational "culture", structure and resources. Current documentation is analysed in order to identify political priorities ou training of human resources and development of echnology or acquisition of technological batchs.
