O planejamento comunicativo é possível?: indagações e reflexões sobre novas formas de articulação entre espaço, estado e sociedade no Brasil

Abstract

The objective of this essay is, based on the main characteristics of this proposal, to discuss its novelty and (the conditions of its) viability within the context of contemporary capitalist societies in three moments: we will first investigate how the proposal of communicative planning is situated , historically, in the midst of a recent preoccupation with the forms of transformation of the contemporary capitalist state and the crisis of its technical-instrumental rationality. Therefore, its content needs to be analyzed in relation to other models of planning that have already been adopted in the last 50 years in the capitalist countries.
