Abstract

This Report aims to serve as a guide that guides the understanding of the functioning of the regional socio-economic under conditions of time, financial and conceptual restriction, applicable from Amapá to Rio Grande do Sul, that is, all the units of the Federation. The purpose of this manual is to allow the user to systematically think about the determinations of the regional development process, based on the issues raised in this product.
