Análise comparativa do BRT Transoeste através do modelo de Curitiba e de entrevistas a usuários

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the express bus corridor system BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) deployed in the city of Rio de Janeiro, the BRT TransOeste, in 2012, by comparing the same with the already deployed and established system in Curitiba. Through studies on the definition of infrastructure networks and social mobility, it became possible to conduct a study on the quality of the infrastructure implemented in Rio de Janeiro, by comparison with the implementation of the same technology in Curitiba, and by interviews with users of the system, seeking to obtain their opinions on the main positives and negatives points over the infrastructure services and the gains and losses on the quality of their movement and mobility.
