Estudo e análise do processo de implantação da Área de Proteção Ambiental e Recuperação Urbana - APARU do Rio Jequiá, no bairro da Ilha do Governador - XX Região Administrativa

Abstract

The work proposes to carry out an analysis of the process of creation of the Environmental Protection and Urban Recovery Area - APARU of the Rio Jequiá, in the neighborhood of Ilha do Governador, XX Administrative Region of the City of Rio de Janeiro. Taking a general approach to what this term represents, APARUs are urban planning and environmental protection mechanisms provided by law within the Ten Year Master Plan of the City of Rio de Janeiro. To accomplish the proposed in this work it is necessary to develop a general characterization of APARUs as a device of the law, its objectives and fundamentals. Subsequently the theme will be approached in its process of creation and implantation, where in this case will be analyzed for a particular area, the estuary of the Jequiá River.
