Algumas considerações práticas a respeito da estabilidade de taludes

Abstract

After a condensation of the available methods of limit equilibrium for slope stability analysis BISHOP' simplified method is studied in greater detail, outstanding its advantages. A comparison is done with the results of an analysis of a typical dam by BISHOP simplified method through a program, BISPO, written specially for this purpose and by finite element method.
