Abstract

Characterize the relations established in a Special Area of Social Interest (AEIS) - State Hill, Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, aiming at targeting urban propositions to improve the community for sustainable urban development. Exposes an intervention analysis by urban policy. On this basis should be addressed the meeting of the practices established in the ambience of the study area. This is the Operation Syndicated Central Urban Area which provides investment in functional improvement / urban, should this AEIS pass or fail for modifications. By making it more attractive perimeter for the housing and services, the proximity of this AEIS inevitably increase their already complex occupation.
