It also examines, in this context, the growing of environmental conflicts on the urban sphere, recognizing the environment as a big cultural and political inventory, fundamentally, places of collective rights with the social and political functions which on the capitalist contemporaneous format being transformed in places for development markets and consumers preoccupation.
