Método para a portabilidade da solução sistema modelo planejamento e coordenação das operações em unidades hospitalares voltadas para cirurgias eletivas

Abstract

The growing demand by the population for health services and the complexity of the operations in this area means that more hospital institutions are looking for solutions that help them to carry out their activities. Among the solutions adopted, there is the use of computer and information systems supporting the operation, planning and monitoring of the organization's management. One of the most critical services offered in a hospital is performing surgeries because it involves a large number of resources and is a multidepartmental process, requiring a coordinated action of several areas in the hospital. With a focus on this type of service, management of elective surgery operations, the PCO System-Model solution was conceived: a system that aims to improve the hospital operations management model by managing flow planning and coordination operations of the patients, accompanying waiting lists for elective surgeries and sequencing, providing improvements in the use of hospital resources. The following work presents the history of design and implementation of this system-model, in addition to proposing a method of generalization / parameterization of the same allowing its implantation and operation in other hospitals of similar configurations, respecting the particularities of the organization.
