This paper presents a summary of an investigative process on motion concepts related to all entities’ movements in nature, aiming to identify any existing improprieties and conceptual vices. We began the study by revisiting the operational definitions of displacement and velocity of a uniform linear and non-linear moving body with closed and open trajectory, using a conceptual experiment and, as a unit of analysis, the same concept of simultaneity relativity proposed by Einstein. We conclude that a proper value for these concepts would only be achieved if natural inertia were circular rather than linear, as Newton's first law of motion states, and that the flow of time were exponential and discrete – which we call information time – rather than in uniform one, as it has been considered by current physics. And that the proper value (vp/c) would be contracted in relation to the improper value actually observed (v/c) by a Lorentz factor (vp/c = 1v/γc √1− v2/c2). Since this contraction had resulted from a mistaken decision to take natural inertia as being linear, it would not be accepted as a real phenomenon of nature. Considering that such relativization was one of the basis for Einstein to propose the Special Relativity Theory (SRT), we decided as a working hypothesis that it would also be possible to construct an alternative model, still based on Newtonian Mechanics, that would explain the relativistic phenomena without the use of (SRT). Thus, we set up the Newtonian Alternative Explanations Model (hereafter MEAN) and, without even using a relativistic argument (SRT) achieved 100% success in using the MEAN model to explain some of the most important relativistic (kinematic) phenomena. And with even greater motivation, we went on analyzing the potential of the MEAN model to explain the relativistic phenomena of a dynamic nature, concluding that not only could we derive the same SRT’s relativistic equations, but we could also come up with equations that added a quantum character to some of these quantities because of the discrete character of time-information. Besides allowing a much more intuitive physical interpretation of the concepts, principles, and constants involved in relativistic mechanics and quantum mechanics, the use of MEAN to explain cosmogony and cosmology phenomena has also provided more than a dozen explanations converging with the standard model λCDM ones, as well as has generated other original explanations, such as the theoretical determination of the Sommerfeld constant value (1/137) from a information time scale where (v/c) is given in terms of the golden ratio (Φ) and the discrete character of the electromagnetic spectrum frequencies. This report is only a summary of the complete work which is being compiled for publication.
