Ocupação e crescimento de Itacoatiara em relação a legislação municipal

Abstract

The district of Itacoatiara, located in the municipality of Niterói, arose from a subdivision that began in 1952 and today by the Master Plan is within an Environmental Protection Area. We intend with this work to characterize the process of formation of the subdivision, and verify if during this process the subdivision was within the current Master Plan, with regard to environmental aspects. Finally, to evaluate the environmental consequences of the occupation of the region.
