Modelos ideais e ideários de maternidade na contemporaneidade: imperativos e capturas na construção da subjetividade feminina

Abstract

There are many discourses and beliefs in the cultural imaginary about motherhood producing subjectivities and influencing the construction of ideal models over time. Women experience many imperatives that delimit as correct ways of being and experiencing an experience of motherhood, as ideal ideas a good mother that guarantees the full development of the babies and the happiness of this moment. I perceive subjectivities captured by these ideals of living and caring, trying to correspond to detached ideal external models of the singular life. Given this scenario, from a narrative literature review, research the impacts of cultural imperatives and ideal models of motherhood on a construction of maternal subjectivity when these are experienced as ideals by women. Thus, to reflect on a construction of the contemporary ideals of motherhood and its appropriation by the knowledge of authority. I argue that the capture of subjectivity and feeling related to the experience of motherhood depends on how women appropriate themselves to discourses and knowledge that dictate ideal models of being: being able to live them in order to submit to a rigid, inflexible or using- So that they can build their own way of caring for and living in motherhood. When captured a woman is seen as having corresponding to an external ideology, a construction imposed as truth that romanticizes a motherhood and elects as qualities of good mother. With this there are effects on his subjectivity as the estrangement from the woman's own unique experience; Feelings of insecurity, incapacity and doubt without care of the children, as well as depressive and self-forgiving symptoms; It creates demand and fixation by prescriptions of specialists in the area; Baby performance requirements exaggerating expectations of child productivity. Finally, I outline some considerations about the role of the professional in the reception, aiming for a care without guardianship, that starts from the active listening and that is not taxation in reinforcing the models of conduct without considering the experience of the woman.
