Sistemática da tribo Platyarthrini Bates, 1870 (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae, Cerambycinae) na região neotropical

Abstract

The present dissertation deals with Neotropical Platyarthrini. Platyarthron Guérin-Ménéville, 1844 and Stenygra Audinet-Serville, 1834 are revised and illustrated. S. histrio nigrina Franz, 1954 is found to be a chromatic variation of S. histrio Audinet-Serville, 1834, without geographical correlation. The terminalia of the tribe is described and compared with known cerambicid patterns.
