Abstract

Organized by Magali Romero Sá (Fiocruz), and Marcelo Britto (Museu Nacional/UFRJ), it tells a little of the history of the Museu Nacional. Most of the events involved the Museu Nacional's ichthyological collection and much of the staff of the Vertebrate Subsection. A good part of the research was carried out in the Seção de Memória e Arquivo (SEMEAR) of the Museu Nacional.
