Resumo

This work has, through the modeling of sociotechnical systems, the objective of measuring the impact of human factors on the behavior of nuclear facilities. The modeling was based on the variables of the General Theory of Administration (TGA) - Task; Structure; People; Technology; and Environment - and in the levels of categorization of the human factor - Physical; In a team; Psychological; Organizational; and Political - aiming to identify the causes of performance factors (PSF) relevant to the Human Reliability Analysis (HRA). The modeling was based on the model of the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) to which the organizational climate model was added. For the measurement of the perception of specialists, the scale of magnitude, usual in the social sciences, was used. The proposed approach evidenced a latent identification and discrimination potential to be explored and tested through a necessary field study. Applied in a case study on the Fukushima Daiichi accident, it resulted in the identification of a descriptor that characterizes an internal PSF (organic factor), type not usually considered in task analysis.
