Los mecanismos de recuperación del incremento del precio del suelo en Colombia

Abstract

Since its inception, the model of urban development in Colombia and specifically in Bogotá has been an unjust model due to lack of planning and, especially, the lack of interest of the State in developing public policies for national and regional urban planning. this meant that those who benefited most were landowners, since there was no compromised public intervention and therefore private interventions were absolutely free of any control, permanently transferring wealth to landowners.
