Abstract

This work is a summary of the characteristics of the President and directors (including the Chairman of the Board) that are the supreme command of the corporations, with special attention for Brazilian issues. We quote from several typologies and classifications from renowned authors in order to show how complex and difficult is the choice of members for the referred command.
