Participação da população no Plano Diretor no período de março de 1990 à março de 1991

Abstract

The present study intends to report the process of popular participation in the various phases of the elaboration of the Master Plan of the city of Petrópolis associated to methodology and diagnosis. To define criteria mechanisms and forms of participation of both the population and local, public and private institutions in the planning process presupposes a multiplicity of actions involving theoretical-practical and, above all, political issues.
